Hi, my name is Jenna and I am the Creative Director behind Blue Rose Bath Boutique. I started making soap years ago as a hobby and stress reliever. It truly helped me to overcome many emotional obstacles. This new found hobby quickly turned into my passion.
I love watching tutorials, researching, and taking classes on how to advance my skill sets and offer products and/or services that my customers can benefit from. Some of the ingredients used in my recipes are listed below. I welcome everyone to take a look around and thank you for visiting :)
Coconut Oil - Coconut Oil offers excellent emollience to dry, itchy skin and hair, remaining suitable for sensitive, inflamed and irritated skin.
Avocado Oil- Avocado Carrier Oil is commonly used in cosmetics, due to its fast rate of absorption and how it penetrates the skin. It is very conditioning for the skin.
Castor Oil- There are dozens of uses for castor oil, ranging from medicinal to cosmetic. Used cosmetically, Castor Oil can make an excellent ingredient in a moisturizer. It also creates a rich creamy lather in soap.
Rice Bran Oil - Rice Bran Oil is known for its ability to cleanse, soften, moisturize, soothe, nourish, and smooth the skin. It has also been used to slow the look of aging and brighten the complexion.
Evening Primrose- Evening Primrose Oil makes an ideal moisturizer that enhances skin health. It also soothes and promotes softness.
Neem Oil - Neem Carrier Oil is great for acne-prone skin. It prevents future breakouts by eliminating acne-causing bacteria, purging impurities, tightening the pores, and evening out skin tone. By softening the skin to make it supple, it helps the healing of scars and reduces their look and feel.
Hemp Seed Oil - Hemp Seed Carrier Oil works to balance oil production in the skin of all types while soothing inflammation and shielding skin against harsh environmental pollutants.
Palm Oil – Palm oil has many uses and can be added to creams, soaps, foundations, and lotions to contribute anti-aging properties as well as profound moisture for softer, more supple skin.
Shea Butter - Shea butter is a skin superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea (Karite) tree. It is moisturizing and reduces inflammation and leaves the skin smooth.
Olive oil- Olive oil is moisturizing, nourishing and can help to relieve dry skin.
